Terms & Conditions

The Platform is intended for ROVE staff (administrators, HR, and interviewers) and for candidates invited into a hiring process. New accounts are created on request and remain pending until an administrator approves them and assigns a role. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your credentials or let others use your account. Tell your ROVE administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Access is governed by your assigned role. Administrators and HR manage the hiring pipeline and settings; interviewers can only access the candidates assigned to them. You agree not to attempt to access data or functions outside the permissions granted to your role.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for anything other than ROVE's legitimate hiring and HR purposes;
• misuse, copy, or export candidate or employee data beyond what your role requires;
• upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt the service;
• circumvent security, access controls, or rate limits.

The Platform stores personal and work information (see the Privacy Policy). You must handle all such data confidentially, use it only for the hiring or HR task at hand, and comply with ROVE's internal data‑handling policies and applicable law.

Information you access through the Platform is confidential to ROVE. The Platform, its content, and its software are owned by ROVE and provided for internal use only. You may not reproduce or distribute them except as needed to perform your role.

ROVE may suspend or remove an account at any time - for example on role change, policy breach, or when a person leaves the organization. On termination your right to use the Platform ends, though records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided “as is” for internal operations. ROVE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for losses arising from use of the Platform to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by your administrator. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
